What are your Frisky Face neck warmers made of?
They are handmade with outside material (check by product discription) and inside material – antipilling fleece for the warmest and most comfortable feel on your face. With time and careful research, we have designed the quality product to keep you comfortable, even in extreme weather conditions.
What size are the neck warmers, how do I know it will fit me?
The selection is easy! The Frisky Face neck warmers are all adjustable and one-size fits all! It is designed using soft velcro attachments at the back of the facemask, to tighten or loosen it for the best fit.

All Frisky Face neck warmers are handcrafted in small numbers so you could be unique. Our main goal is making good quality and really nice looking products! (because they are hand made there could be small size deviation and stitching imperfections).
How do I take care of my Frisky Face?
Care should be taken when washing. Like any handmade product, the Frisky Face should be hand washed in cold water and laid flat to dry to avoid stretching or damage. It should never be iron directly – so always use something between iron and Frisky Face. Your Frisky Face will live longer and maintain its original size and figure.

How much does the shipping cost?
We have flat rate shipping of 4€ and FREE SHIPPING on orders over 15€.
Orders outside EU are sometimes subject of regular customs duties as levied by the destination country when traveling internationally.
Do you ship internationally? And how long does it take for my order to arrive?
Yes, we ship to every country around the World!
Orders are processed same or next day! In Europe, orders will generally arrive within 4-8 business days depending on your location (city, remote, etc..). All International orders (outside Europe) generally take between 8-16 business days to arrive depending on the destination, remoteness and customs processing times. Delivery times may vary in peak seasons such as Christmas. Unfortunately, this is something we have no control over and we thank you for your understanding while the shipping companies get through their seasonal rush. If your item is not received after these times, please contact us so that we may ensure you receive your order… we can proudly say that we have not lost a package yet! If you have already ordered and it is has been longer than the noted shipping times + up to 5 BUSINESS days for processing and customs, please double check your mailing address to ensure that it is correct. (apartment numbers are the most commonly made mistakes). It is common for postal carriers to simply return the items to us if the address is incorrect. Either way we will be sure to get you what you ordered:)

Yes, you have to be required to have a PayPal account to purchase from this store if you choose PayPal option. If you wont to use your credit card at checkout simply use Paymill. They are both 100% secure!
What currency do you charge?
The prices are charged in EUR. This will not affect you as PayPal converts any currency you hold, or have chosen to use for orders into our preferred currency.
What is your return policy?
Our goal is 100% customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with our product, it may be exchanged within 10 days of delivery (unworn and unwashed) for a new product which will be shipped to you at no additional charge. Please email our staff at support (at) frisky-face (dot) com with the reason for the exchange. You will then be given a return address depending on your location. Please include a copy of the packing slip that was sent with your original purchase. If no packing slip is available, include the name and address of the person who ordered the product and an approximate order date. Please note that returns or exchanges will NOT be accepted for a change of mind about color or style options. Additional and return shipping costs are the customers responsibility.
